Salary: Starting Salary $60,000 commensurate with experience

Position Description:
A Distinctive Schools Technology Coordinator is responsible for teaching small groups of
students in technology-related learning activities and providing technical assistance and
support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Technology Coordinator will
respond to campus technology tickets as well as network requests by analyzing issues,
resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions. This person will:
Instructional Support 20%
Device Management 60%
Systems Support 20%
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications, related field or
equivalent experience.
Qualifications:
3 plus years of relevant technical support experience
Technology demands:
Edtech support background hardware & software support, mid-level understanding network environment, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and Windows or Mac Environments
Familiarity with GAFE Google apps for education and the JAMF Casper suite
ravel on occasion to assist at campuses within the region as needed
Physical demands
Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some stooping, kneeling, crouching,
and/or crawling; and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires 30% sitting,
50% walking, and 20% standing.
